Anna, the owner and organizer of the Ragola Country House, is a certified Kundalini Yoga according to the method of the school of Yogi Bhajan (KRI - Kundalini Research Institute in Los Angeles), known in Italy by CONI-UISP. With the spiritual name of Himat Kaur, holds regular yoga and relaxation, as well as intensive and thematic seminars with the participation of teachers including internationally.

The yoga room has an area of 70 square meters, wooden flooring and ecological paints, is set to host audio-video equipment.
